At Clothed N. Grace Boutique, we want you to love your purchase. If for any reason you are not completely satisfied, we offer a 7-day return policy for exchange or store credit only. Please note that we do not offer refunds. To be eligible for a return, items must be unused, unworn, and in the same condition in which they were received, with original tags and packaging intact. Any item that is on sale or discounted is final sale and not eligible for return or exchange. Additionally, jewelry, Capri Blue products, and Caroline Hill items are final sale. If you would like to initiate a return, please contact our customer service team within 7 days of receiving your order for further instructions. Once your return is received and inspected, you will be notified via email regarding the approval or rejection of your exchange or store credit. If approved, your exchange or store credit will be processed within a reasonable timeframe. Return shipping costs are the responsibility of the customer.
